Terms of Service.

Draft terms for the ZestInbox beta. This page gives the product a complete legal destination, but it should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ZestInbox, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these terms. If you use ZestInbox for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to manage that workspace.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting the right team members, assigning appropriate roles, and reviewing workspace activity. Workspace owners are responsible for customer replies sent from their workspace.

3. AI-assisted support

ZestInbox may summarize messages, score priority, recommend actions, and draft replies. AI output is assistance, not a final decision. A human should review every draft before sending it to a customer.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ZestInbox to send spam, unlawful content, harmful content, abusive messages, or content that violates customer privacy. Public widgets should be configured and monitored to reduce abuse.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans may include AI ticket limits, widget limits, team member limits, and other feature limits. Billing, invoices, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and taxes should be finalized with the payment provider before production launch.

6. Third-party services

ZestInbox may rely on services for email delivery, billing, hosting, analytics, AI processing, and authentication. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

7. Beta changes

During beta, features, limits, pricing, and workflows may change as the product improves. We should communicate material changes clearly before launch.

8. Availability and liability

ZestInbox should be designed for reliable support workflows, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Final legal terms should define warranties, limitations, and responsibilities clearly.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact page once support routing is connected.
